Wayang Kulit
Wayang Kulit is held in the guest house, Oca Kartini. It is the shadow puppet performance born in Java. It is known as not just a shadow puppet performance but the comprehensive arts of Hindu literature, artistic handicraft, and music. The story is based on the 2 big epic poetries in India, “Ramayana” and “Mahabharata” but Wayang Kulit in Oca Kartini is the story of “Mahabharata.” The puppet performer is called “Darang” and he works puppets, at the same time, he leads Gamelan musicians and speaks narration, speech of puppets with using different voices by alone. The detailed beautiful shadow that reflects on the fire in dark night is fantastic.

Jegog
Jegog was originally the one performed at a traditional amusement and the buffalo race (Mucapn) of Bali. People play 14 gamelan which are made by bamboo cylinder; the biggest one uses the bamboo cylinder of 20 cm diameter and 2.5m or more length. And, Jegog has special four music scales comparing with the common music of Bali which has five scales. However, all the sounds come in succession from the deep bass to the high pitched sound, the sound vibrates to the body and overwhelms listeners. Nowadays, Kendang (drum) and Chenchen (small cymbals), etc. came to be added, the music is arranged for the dance, and Jegog became to be known to a lot of people. And, this Jegog group "Yowana Swara Ubud" was born in 2002 from a small dream that interested young people of Ubud wanted to perform by themselves. Please enjoy their energetic performances.

Kecak Ramayana
It is Trance Dance called “Sanghyang Jaran” in this performance. 'Jaran' means a horse, and there is a similar Trance Dance, 'Kuda (horse) and Lumping,' in west Java as Sanghyang Jaran. It is known widely to the world, and it enjoys favorable by people. The dancer who has horse's doll enters a deep state of the transformer according to the rise of the undulation of the chorus of the Kecak corps. Meanwhile, the dancer runs into the circle of the fire applied to lion's husk the fire that blazes up high. During in the state of the transformer, the dancer not only feels hot of the fire but also doesn't cause even the burn.
